36 years producing cassava products.
We are a family business founded in 1986 by Rubens Silvestre. The founder, by working with the sale of cassava for starch factories in Minas Gerais, was enchanted by the process and brought the production to the region.
Since then, we have specialized in producing high quality cassava starch and flour. At 36 years of existence, the company is already in the 3rd generation.
We are the pioneers in sour cassava starch in the state of São Paulo. We currently sell our products in several states and serve the wholesale market, food manufacturers and retail.

SOUR STARCH
Our sour cassava starch is produced by natural fermentation of cassava starch, without any additive. Drying is done in the sun handcrafted, which guarantees high expansion.
